Set-up of all personal ceremony & reception decor (items like escort cards must be alphabetized and/or placed in table number order in advance, all decor should be in clearly marked containers with example set-up photos). Set up of tables, chairs, and place settings not included
Wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
Wedding ceremony & reception coordination (up to 12 hours)
Overseeing reception, including timeline of dances, speeches/toasts, cake-cutting, and bouquet and garter toss, etc.
Collecting and securing all gifts and cards
Dispersal of final vendor payments & tips
Ensuring clean-up meets venue requirements. Coordinating staff will assist in clean up, but cleaning staff is required.
